ผมได้ลองไปดาวน์โหลดมาติดตั้งลงเครื่องของผมเอง เพื่อดูอาการ ก็เป็นอย่างที่หลายคนเจอ ทั้งที่เครื่องของเราพึ่งจะติดตั้งวินโดว์ใหม่ ๆ ยังไม่ได้ลงไดรเวอร์อะไรเลย แต่มันบอกว่ามีไวรัสอยู่เป็นร้อยตัว ถ้าเชื่อมันก็แสดงว่าโปรแกรมวินโดว์ของ Microsoft ก็เชื่อถือไม่ได้ด้วย เพราะผมลองด้วยโปรแกรมวินโดว์ที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ทุกอย่าง

ฉะนั้นจึง เตือนเพื่อน ๆ ให้ระวังให้มากเป็นพิเศษ เพราะตัวแก้ที่ผมให้ไปนี้อาจจะแก้ได้เป็นบางเวอชั่นของเขาเท่านั้นไม่ใช่ ใช้ได้ทุกตัว ถ้าใครโดนแล้วก็ต้องลองดูเอาเองละกัน ว่าจะหายหรือไม่ ถ้าไม่หายก็ต้องหาวิธีอื่น ๆ ต่อไป

แต่จะมีอะไรที่เหนือกว่าต้องมาดูกัน อ่อ ผมเกือบลืมบอกไปว่า BitDefender Total Security 2008 ที่เราได้รับมาทดสอบนี้ยังอยู่ในรุ่น Beta1 อยู่เลยนะครับ ยังไม่ได้มีการเปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการ แต่เราเอามาให้ดูเรียกน้ำย่อยกันก่อน BitDefender Total Security 2008 ได้มีการแบ่งหมวดการทำงานออกแบบ 4 หมวด คือ Security ที่เกี่ยวกับระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยต่างๆ พวกแอนตี้ไวรัส และไฟร์วอลล์ส่วนที่สองจะเป็นส่วน Tune up ซึ่งจะเป็นการปรับแต่งประสิทธิภาพเครื่องให้ใช้งานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพอยู่ เสมอพวกการจัดเรียงข้อมูล และลบไฟล์ขยะในเครื่อง ส่วนที่สามจะเป็น Parental Control ที่ใช้ในการจำกัดสิทธิการใช้งานของผู้ใช้เช่นการห้ามเข้าเว็บไซต์บางเว็บ เป็นต้น และส่วนสุดท้ายจะเป็นการแบ็กอัพเพื่อสำรองข้อมูลของคุณไปเก็บไว้ในที่ ปลอดภัยเป็นประจำ โดยที่คุณไม่ต้องกังวล และเสียเวลามาทำ แบ็กอัพเอง

มาดูส่วนแรงกันก่อนนั่นคือส่วนของ Security ซึ่งผมเชื่อว่าน่าจะเป็นส่วนประกอบหลักที่ควรให้ความสนใจมากที่สุดจริงไหม ครับ และตัว BitDefender Total Security นี้ก็สมชื่อจริงๆ เพราะมีทั้งการป้องกันไวรัส มีส่วนของ Firewall, Antispam และ AntiSpyware มาให้อย่างพร้อมเพียง โดยฟีเจอร์แต่ละอย่างนี้ก็เป็นฟีเจอร์ที่มีอยู่ใน BitDefender Internet Security อยู่แล้ว เหมือนกับเป็นเพียงแค่ยกมารวมกับฟีเจอร์อื่นๆ ซึ่งตรงนี้คงต้องบอกว่า Engine ของ BitDefender บางครั้งมีการทำงานที่ช้าอยู่บ้างเหมือนกัน และไม่มีส่วนป้องกันการโจมตีแบบ Phishing ติดมาให้ด้วย
ส่วนที่สองคือส่วนของ Tune up ที่ไม่น่าจะมาอยู่ร่วมกับโปรแกรม Security สักเท่าไหร่นัก แต่ก็ถือว่ามีผลอยู่เหมือนกัน โดยในหมวด Tune up นี้อาจจะไม่เกี่ยวกับการปรับแต่งประสิทธิภาพเครื่องมากนัก แต่จะเน้นไปที่ตรวจสอบความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล การปรับแต่ง Registry การกู้คืนค่า Registry การลบไฟล์ขยะต่างๆ ที่ไม่จำเป็น ทำให้เครื่องของคุณเบาขึ้น และทำงานได้เร็วขึ้นด้วย

มีการตรวจสอบข้อผิดพลาดในส่วนต่างๆ ของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แล้วรวมผลลัพธ์มาแสดงให้ผู้ใช้ดูทีเดียวสะดวกดี

การตั้งค่าแอนตี้ไวรัสก็เหมือนกับซอฟต์แวร์ของ Bitdefender และยังสามารถตั้งค่า Firewall, Antispam และ Antispyware ได้ด้วย

ส่วนต่อมานี้จะเป็น Parental Control ฟีเจอร์ที่ออกแบบมาให้พ่อแม่ควบคุมการใช้งานของลูก แต่ไม่รู้ว่าจะกลายเป็นลูกควบคุมการใช้งานของพ่อแม่ไปหรือเปล่า..อิอิ สำหรับฟีเจอร์นี้ก็คงเหมือนกับโปรแกรมตัวอื่นๆ ที่มีการควบคุมและจำกัดสิทธิของการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต อย่างเช่นการห้ามเข้าเว็บไซต์บางแห่ง รวมถึงการป้องกันการรันโปรแกรมบางตัวได้ด้วยเช่น Camfrog เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถห้ามพิมพ์คำที่คุณไม่ต้องการเพื่อส่งทางอีเมล์ หรือลงในเว็บไซต์ได้อีกด้วย หรือแม้แต่การจำกัดเวลาการใช้งานก็สามารถทำได้

ส่วนสุดท้ายจะเป็นการแบ็กอัพ ซึ่งจะมีวิซาร์ตช่วยให้คุณกำหนดค่าการแบ็กอัพได้ตามต้องการ จากนั้นก็ปล่อยให้เป็นหน้าที่ของซอฟต์แวร์ไป ซึ่งสะดวกดีมากทีเดียว
เท่าที่ดูโดยรวมแล้ว ในด้านคุณสมบัติก็ถือว่าแนวคิดดีพอสมควรครับ เหมือนกับเอาฟีเจอร์ของโปรแกรม 2-3 ด้านมารวมเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน ทำให้คุณไม่ต้องเสียเวลาลงโปรแกรมหลายๆ ตัว แต่ตัวที่ใช้งานได้มีประสิทธิภาพจริงๆ คงเป็นหมวด Security เท่านั้น เพราะนอกนั้นยังดูไม่ค่อยเวิร์กเท่าไหร่ ถึงอย่างไรก็ตาม มันยังเป็นแค่ Beta เท่านั้น อาจจะต้องรอจนเวอร์ชันจริงออกมาเสียก่อนแล้วเราค่อยว่ากันอีกทีหนึ่ง

Sometimes, despite your best efforts, insidious adware burrows into your computer and won't come out. It can hijack your home page, add an unwanted toolbar to your browser, sling pop-up ads, or even track your every movement for commercial gain. You should always try running standard adware-removal programs such as Ad-Aware and AVG first, but when they can't keep the nasties at bay, Trend Micro HijackThis digs deep. Be careful, though: The program doesn't do spyware removal. It does, however, identify commonly abused methods of altering your computer, some of which may be benign and some that are critical. Fortunately, the Internet community offers ways to separate spyware from critical system components.

Step 1: Set it up

One of Trend Micro's additions when it acquired HijackThis is an installer, so if you're still using an earlier version that launches from a ZIP file or EXE, be sure to update to version 2, which also downloads a desktop icon for quick-launching.

Step 2: Scan your system

If you scan without a log file, you can always create one later on.

Trend Micro HijackThis opens with a simplistic interface, so running it and interpreting the results can be a wee bit confusing. Clicking "system scan" brings up a list of all the questionable entries in your registry and on your computer, either with or without the additional log file. Even a completely healthy computer that's been customized by, say, installing a new Firefox plug-in, can have dozens of entries.

TrendMicro will compare your system contents with other users'. Chances are, if 90 precent of users have it, you should too.

A scan on our test machine resulted in 44 entries, all of which we recognized as benign. How do you know? Either select an individual check box and hit the "Info on Selected Item" button or "Analyze This." Doing the former brings up a short definition of the entry and a general risk rating; the latter button compares, on Trend Micro's Web site, your entries to other users'. The more common the instance, this logic goes, the more likely it is to be safe. For a detailed look at your system stats, however, the best thing to do is save the log, preferably in a Trend Micro HijackThis folder, and look to the Internet for answers.

Step 3: Identify problems

Conveniently, after the program scans, the Scan button turns into the Save Log button. Once you press that, the log opens up in Notepad. However, you don't have to face the cleanup alone. Many antiadware and technical-support online forums feature dedicated and smart people who will examine your Trend Micros HijackThis log file and tell you which entries to delete. SpywareInfo runs a good one, as do CastleCops and TweakXP. For all three, registration is required, but it's free and quick. Read the forum rules before posting, and be patient.

Step 4: Clean house

Click Fix Checked only if you are certain the entry is unsafe.

Once you've done your research, check the box next to items you know are bad, then hit Fix Checked. After that, restart your computer and run an adware-removal program to see whether that took care of the problem. If you're still having problems, either repeat the process or return to the forums. The person who's helping you will tell you which files to remove, then probably ask you to restart, rescan, and post the new log. This process continues until your computer is once again deemed righteous.

ปัญหาที่ทำให้เครื่องคอมฯ ทำงานช้ากว่าผิดปกติ อาจจะเกิดจาก ไวรัสที่ชื่อว่า Folder.htt และ Desktop.ini ซึ่งวิธีการตรวจสอบว่ามีไวรัส ดังกล่าวหรือไม่ ทำได้โดยการกำหนดให้แสดง file ที่ซ่อนอยู่ ดังรูป

เมื่อแสดง file ที่ซ่อนแล้ว ให้ทำการค้นหา File ที่ชื่อ folder.htt,desktop.ini ด้วยการไปที่ Start > Find. ถ้าในเครื่องมี ไวรัส ก็แสดง file ที่ชื่อ folder.htt แต่ถ้าไม่มี จะแสดง เฉพาะ file ที่ชื่อ Desktop.ini สรุปแล้วก็คือ ถ้าค้นหาพบ file ที่ชื่อ folder.htt แสดงว่าเครื่องนั้นมี ไวรัส

วิธีการฆ่าไวรัส

1. ให้ลบ File ที่ชื่อ Folder.htt และ Desktop.ini ให้หมด วิธีการลบคือ เลือไฟล์ที่ค้นพบทั้งหมดแล้ว กดปุ่ม Shift แล้วตามด้วยปุ่ม Delete แล้วลองคนหาดูอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

2. ขั้นตอนต่อมาหลังจากไม่มี ไฟล์ Folder.htt และ Desktop.ini ให้ค้นหา ไฟล์ที่ชื่อ default.htt คุณจะพบ 1 ไฟล์ แล้วให้คลิกขวาที่ ไฟล์ default.htt เลือก Open with... แล้ว จะมีรายการ โปรแกรมมาให้เลือก ให้คุณเลือกที่โปรแกรม Nodepad พอเปิดโปรแกรม Nodepad แล้ว คุณจะพบกับตัวหนังสือที่เป็น HTML ให้ลบตัวหนังสือที่อยู่ใน ไฟล์ที่เปิดขึ้นมาออกให้หมด แล้วทำการ Save ข้อมูล แล้วก็ปิด ไฟล์นี้ไปครับ

3. ขั้นตอนสุดท้าย ให้ทำการ Shut down... เครื่องของคุณ อีก 15 วินาที ค่อยเปิดเครื่องขึ้นมาใหม่ เท่านี้ก็จะทำให้เครื่องของคุณเร็วขึ้นตามปกติแล้วครับ

อาการของเครื่องที่ติดไวรัสจะส่งไฟล์ไวรัส Image.zip หรือ pic.zip นี้ต่อๆ ไปยังเครื่องอื่นๆ ทาง MSN และอาจจะทำให้ MSN ค้างได้ และจะทำการปิดฟังก์ชั่น Security Center ของ Windows อีกด้วย

วิธีใช้งาน
1. เมื่อคุณ download ลงมาแล้วจะได้รับไฟล์ NOD32 VirusMSN-IRCBOT-Fix
2. ให้คุณทำการ double click ที่ไฟล์ NOD32 VirusMSN-IRCBOT-Fix เพื่อเริ่มการทำงานของโปรแกรม
3. ให้คุณอ่านและทำความเข้าใจ License agreement แล้วกด I Agree
4. เมื่อถึงหน้าต่าง Choose Component จะมี 2 หัวข้อให้คุณเลือกคือ
- Remove MSN-IRCBOT คือการกำจัดตัว MSN-IRCBOT ออกไป
- Scan and clean with NOD32 ทำการสแกนเครื่องของคุณด้วย NOD32 อีกครั้ง
5. จากข้อ 4. แนะนำให้คุณเลือกทั้ง 2 ข้อครับแต่ถ้าคุณไม่มีโปรแกรม NOD32 ให้เลือกข้อ 1. แล้วกด Do it now
6. จากนั้นให้คุณทำการ restart เครื่องของคุณ

คำเตือน ผู้กระทำตามอย่างที่ผมแนะนำควรระมัดระวังในการใช้คำสั้งอาจจะลำบากสำหรับ บางท่าน เพียงแต่ผมเสนอทางเลือกเท่านั้น ไม่ได้เป็นวิธีที่ดีที่สุดแต่เป็นวิธีที่ผมประสบด้วยตนเอง แล้วใช้วิธีนี้แก้ไขครับ ก็ได้ผลครับ...ไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่าที่เห็นก็มี 3 ไฟล์ด้วยกัน ถูกใส่ Attrib +R +H +S +A หมดทุกไฟล์

1. c:\autorun.inf และ ทุก Drive ที่เป็นไปได้ อยู่ใน root ไดเรคทรอรีส์ครับ จะเป็น Scripts เรียก c:\MSkernel32.vbs

2. ไฟล์ MSkernel32.vbs อยู่ใน ตำแหน่งต่างๆ ดังนี้
- c:\MSkernel32.vbs
- c:\Windows\MSkernel32.vbs
- c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\MSkernel32.vbs (ตรง **User name** เป็นโฟล์เดอร์ของผู้ใช้)

3. ไฟล์ boot.ini จะติดอยู่ใน ตำแหน่งต่างๆ ดังนี้
- c:\Windows\boot.ini
- c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\boot.ini (ตรง **User name** เป็นโฟล์เดอร์ของผู้ใช้)

ข้อสังเกต ลองใช้ คำสั่งใน command prompt ใน root โดย พิมพ์ว่า dir /a /s mskernel32.vbs
*** คำเตือน c:\boot.ini อย่าไปยุ่ง เพราะเป็นของ Windows***

การแก้ไข ธรรมดาที่สุด ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องมืออื่นๆ
เข้า Safe mode
เข้า command prompt
ใช้ คำสั่ง attrib -r -h -s -a [ในตำแหน่งที่หาเจอ]
เช่น

c:\> เป็นเครื่องหมาย Prompt ของ Windows command prompt ไม่ต้องคียเข้าไป (ส่วนจะมีส่วนผสมอย่างอื่น เช่น ชื่อโฟล์เดอร์ก็ช่างมัน ไม่ต้องสนใจ)

ออก จาก command prompt เข้า regedit ที่ run command หาคำว่า MSkernel32.vbs แล้วลบบรรทัดที่มี Key Word นี้อยู่ออกให้หมด นอกจากนี้ หาคำว่า c:\windows\boot.ini ก็ลบเช่นเดียวกัน จากนั้นก็ Reboot เครื่องใหม่

คำเตือน ผู้กระทำตามอย่างที่ผมแนะนำควรระมัดระวังในการใช้คำสั้งอาจจะลำบากสำหรับบางท่าน เพียงแต่ผมเสนอทางเลือกเท่านั้น ไม่ได้เป็นวิธีที่ดีที่สุดแต่เป็นวิธีที่ผมประสบด้วยตนเอง แล้วใช้วิธีนี้แก้ไขครับ ก็ได้ผลครับ...ไฟล์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่าที่เห็นก็มี 3 ไฟล์ด้วยกัน ถูกใส่ Attrib +R +H +S +A หมดทุกไฟล์

1. c:\autorun.inf และ ทุก Drive ที่เป็นไปได้ อยู่ใน root ไดเรคทรอรีส์ครับ จะเป็น Scripts เรียก c:\MSkernel32.vbs

2. ไฟล์ MSkernel32.vbs อยู่ใน ตำแหน่งต่างๆ ดังนี้
- c:\MSkernel32.vbs
- c:\Windows\MSkernel32.vbs
- c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\MSkernel32.vbs (ตรง **User name** เป็นโฟล์เดอร์ของผู้ใช้)

3. ไฟล์ boot.ini จะติดอยู่ใน ตำแหน่งต่างๆ ดังนี้
- c:\Windows\boot.ini
- c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\boot.ini (ตรง **User name** เป็นโฟล์เดอร์ของผู้ใช้)

ข้อสังเกต ลองใช้ คำสั่งใน command prompt ใน root โดย พิมพ์ว่า dir /a /s mskernel32.vbs
*** คำเตือน c:\boot.ini อย่าไปยุ่ง เพราะเป็นของ Windows***

การแก้ไข ธรรมดาที่สุด ถ้าไม่มีเครื่องมืออื่นๆ
เข้า Safe mode
เข้า command prompt
ใช้ คำสั่ง attrib -r -h -s -a [ในตำแหน่งที่หาเจอ]
เช่น
c:\>attrib -r -h -s -a c:\MSkernel32.vbs
c:\>attrib -r -h -s -a c:\Windows\MSkernel32.vbs
c:\>attrib -r -h -s -a c:\Windows\boot.ini
c:\>attrib -r -h -s -a c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\MSkernel32.vbs
c:\>attrib -r -h -s -a c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\boot.ini

จากนั้นใช้คำสั่ง ลบทิ้ง ดังนี้

c:\>del c:\MSkernel32.vbs
c:\>del c:\Windows\MSkernel32.vbs
c:\>del c:\Windows\boot.ini
c:\>del c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\MSkernel32.vbs
c:\>del c:\Documents and Settings\**UserName**\Local Settings\Temp\boot.ini

c:\> เป็นเครื่องหมาย Prompt ของ Windows command prompt ไม่ต้องคียเข้าไป (ส่วนจะมีส่วนผสมอย่างอื่น เช่น ชื่อโฟล์เดอร์ก็ช่างมัน ไม่ต้องสนใจ)

ออกจาก command prompt เข้า regedit ที่ run command หาคำว่า MSkernel32.vbs แล้วลบบรรทัดที่มี Key Word นี้อยู่ออกให้หมด นอกจากนี้ หาคำว่า c:\windows\boot.ini ก็ลบเช่นเดียวกัน จากนั้นก็ Reboot เครื่องใหม่

วิธีแก้ไข
1. Run โปรแกรม NOD32RegistryRecovery แล้วทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้
1.1) กดตาม Step ต่อไปนี้เลย
- I Agree
- เลือดมาล่างสุด เอา เครื่องหมาย ถูกหน้า หัวข้อสุดท้ายออก Scan and Clean with NOD32
- กด Do it now
- กด OK
- กด OK ( มันจะขึ้นมา เราก็ OK 2รอบ อ่ะน่ะ)
- เลือก ไดรพ์ C: หรือ D: ก็ได้
- กด OK
- กด Close

2. Run โปรแกรม IBProcMan
- หา ตรงที่ มันเป็นคำว่า SCVHOST.exe มันจะตัวใหญ่ๆแบบนี้แหละ
* ที่สำคัญ มันต้อง SCV น่ะ หากเป็น svchost.exe มันจะเป็นตัวทำงานของ windows ของเราอย่าไปทำไรกะมันล่ะ
- ถ้าหาเจอ ก็เลือกแล้ว กด Kill process ชะ

3. สตาร์เมนู อ่ะน่ะเปิดเป็นป่าว
- Start > Run
-เมื่อ เข้า Run ให้พิมพ์ คำว่า cmd (มันจะเป็นหน้าโปรแกรม DOS (ดำๆอ่ะ) ขึ้นมาซึ่งคือขั้นตอนการ ลบ ไวรัส)

4. การทำงานใน DOS
- พิมพ์ cd กด Enter
- พิมพ์ cd เคาะ windows กด Enter
- พิมพ์ attrib เคาะ -r เคาะ -s เคาะ -a เคาะ -h เคาะ SCVHOST.EXE กด Enter
(หากขึ้นว่า Find Not Found แสดงว่าไม่มี ไฟล์ไวรัสตัวนี้
แต่หาก ขึ้นมาว่า C:windows แสดงว่า มีไวรัส)
- ถ้าเจอไวรัสแล้วก็ พิมพ์ต่อได้เลย (ถ้าไม่เจอ ก็พิมพ์ exit กด enter เลย)
- พิมพ์ del เคาะ SCVHOST.exe กด Enter
- เสร็จแล้วก็ ออกจากการทำงาน DOS โดยการ พิมพ์ exit กด Enter

5. การลบไวรัสที่ฝังอยู่ในระบบ
- Start > Run
- พิมพ์ regedit
- กดตรงที่ My computer
- แล้วเลือกตรง แถบเมนู Edit > Find
- พิมพ์ scvhost
- กด Find Next
- หากมันเจอ ก็ คลิกขวา แล้ว Delete มันทิ้งชะ
- เมือลบ เสร็จ ก็กด F3 เพื่อจะหา ตัวต่อไป
- ทำจนมา หาไม่เจอแล้ว ก็ จบการทำงาน ปิดทิ้งชะ

6. กลับไปทำ ขั้นตอนแรก อีกครั้ง

7. หาไฟล์ ที่คิดว่าเป็นไวรัส เช่น Folder.exe หรือ ไฟล์ที่ไวรัส สร้างขึ้น แล้วลบมันชะ
(ไฟล์ที่ ไวรัสสร้างขึ้นคือ Folder ต่างๆที่ มีไวรัสอยู่ มันจะสร้าง Folder ซ้ำๆ มาอีก1 อัน)

ปล. เหตุผลที่ ต้อง Kill process ตัว SCVHOST ในขั้นตอนที่ 2 นั้นคือเพื่อที่จะปิดการทำงานมัน ซึ่งการทำงานมัน จะทำให้เรา run - cmd และ regedit ไม่ได้อ่ะเราเลย ต้องปิดการทำงานมันก่อน

วิธีการกำจัดไวรัสแฟลตไดร์ ดับเบิ้ลคลิกไม่ได้ เข้าไดร์อื่นๆ ต้องคลิกขวา Open

1. สำรองไฟล์ไว้( แล้วแต่ครับ เพราะจิงๆไม่มีผลต่อไฟล์หรอก)

2. รีสตาร์และระหว่างรอนั้นให้กด F8 ดักไว้เพื่อจะเข้า Saft Mode

3. ให้เข้าไปในโหมด Saft Mode แล้วรอสักพักนะครับ

4. ไปที่ Folder option แล้ว กดให้มันเปิดให้หมด พวก folder hiden ทั้งหมด

5.เข้าไปที่ แฟลตไดร์ โดยการคลิ๊กขวา open

6. จะเจอไฟล์ชื่อ auto run ให้ลบมันทิ้งครับ

7. รีสตาร์เครื่องอีกรอบ

8. ถ้ายังเข้าไดร์อื่นๆ (C:,D:,E) ไม่ได้ให้ทำการค้นหาไฟล์ auto run แล้วตามลบให้หมดในฮาร์ดดิสก์เราครับ

ทั้งนี้มันใช้ได้เฉพาะไวรัสที่ลงในไดร์แฟลตไดร์หรือฮาร์ดดิสก์ external เท่านั้นนะครับ ถ้าจะแก้ไขในกรณีของคอมฯ มันจะต้องตามไปลบใน regedit ต่ออีกทีหนึ่งครับ

อาการของเครื่องที่ ติดไวรัส

1. กด Ctrl+Alt+Delete ไม่ได้ครับผม
2. Folder Option หายครับ (คือที่เวลา เปิด My computer แล้วดูแถบเครื่องมือตรงที่ Tools > Folder Option มันมีมีอ่ะ ถ้าโดนไวรัส จะมีแค่ 3 อัน ซึ่งอันที่ 4 คือ Folder Option จะอยู่ล่างสุด)

วิธีแก้ไข

5. การลบไวรัสที่ฝังอยู่ในระบบ
- Start > Run
- พิมพ์ regedit
- กดตรงที่ My computer
- แล้วเลือกตรง แถบเมนู Edit > Find
- พิมพ์ scvhost
- กด Find Next
- หากมันเจอ ก็ คลิกขวา แล้ว Delete มันทิ้งชะ
- เมือลบ เสร็จ ก็กด F3 เพื่อจะหา ตัวต่อไป
- ทำจนมา หาไม่เจอแล้ว ก็ จบการทำงาน ปิดทิ้งชะ

6. กลับไปทำ ขั้นตอนแรก อีกครั้ง

7. หาไฟล์ ที่คิดว่าเป็นไวรัส เช่น Folder.exe หรือ ไฟล์ที่ไวรัส สร้างขึ้น แล้วลบมันชะ
(ไฟล์ที่ ไวรัสสร้างขึ้นคือ Folder ต่างๆที่ มีไวรัสอยู่ มันจะสร้าง Folder ซ้ำๆ มาอีก1 อัน)

8.Restart เครื่อง 1 รอบ แล้วดูว่า Folder Option เรามีหรือยัง ถ้ามี ก็ OK ถ้าไม่มีก็... ไปถาม อาร์ทเอง ล่ะกัน เบื่อล่ะ โหลด หนังต่อ ดีกว่า

ปล. เหตุผลที่ ต้อง Kill process ตัว SCVHOST ในขั้นตอนที่ 2 นั้นคือเพื่อที่จะปิดการทำงานมัน ซึ่งการทำงานมัน จะทำให้เรา run - cmd และ regedit ไม่ได้อ่ะเราเลย ต้องปิดการทำงานมันก่อน

NOD32 VirusMSN-IRCBOT-Fix มีไว้สำหรับกำจัดไวรัสที่ติดมาจากทาง MSN โดยผู้ที่อยู่ใน Contact List ของเราจะทำการส่งไฟล์ Image.zip มาให้อัตโนมัติ อาการของเครื่องที่ติดไวรัสจะส่งไฟล์ไวรัสนี้ต่อๆไปยังเครื่องอื่นๆ ทาง MSN และอาจจะทำให้ MSN ค้างได้ และจะทำการปิดฟังก์ชั่น Security Center ของ Windows อีกด้วย

วิธีใช้งาน
